Soal Harun Masiku, KPK: Kalau Kami Diam, Tidak Cari Sampai ke Luar Negeri
SinPo.id - Kabag Pemberitaan KPK Ali Fikri mengatakan KPK masih mencari keberadaan Harun Masiku. Menurut dia, komitmen mencari Harun Masiku itu dapat dibuktikan dengan cara mencari Harun Masiku hingga ke luar negeri.
"Kalau kemudian kami diam, kami tidak mencarinya sampai negeri tetangga, ke luar negeri," ujarnya di gedung KPK pada Kamis 10 Oktober 2023.
Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh pada beberapa waktu lalu, kata dia, KPK memperoleh informasi Harun Masiku berada di luar negeri.
"Sehingga tim kami, tim KPK langsung datang ke sana. Beberapa orang berkoordinasi dengan pihak otoritas di sana langsung melakukan pencarian di beberapa lokasi, ternyata memang keberadaannya tidak ditemukan," ujarnya
KPK mendapatkan bantuan dari aparat penegak hukum setempat untuk mencari keberadaan Harun Masiku. Salah satunya Divisi Hubungan Internasional Polri.
Divisi Hubungan Internasional Polri memberitahukan keberadaan Harun Masiku di Indonesia. Menurut Ali,
pencarian Harun Masiku kini terus berlanjut usai adanya informasi dari Polri.
"Informasi terakhir itu tentu nanti ke depan kami fokuskan pencarian di dalam negeri kalau memang betul bahwa yang bersangkutan kemudian telah melintas ke dalam negeri," ujarnya
Head of KPK Reporting Unit Ali Fikri said the KPK was still looking for Harun Masiku's whereabouts. According to him, the commitment to find Harun Masiku can be proven by looking for Harun Masiku abroad.
"If we then remain silent, we will not look for him in neighboring countries, abroad," he said at the KPK building on Thursday, October 10, 2023.
Based on information obtained some time ago, he said, the KPK obtained information that Harun Masiku was abroad.
"So our team, the KPK team, immediately came there. Several people in coordination with the authorities there immediately conducted a search at several locations, it turned out that their whereabouts were not found," he said
The KPK has received assistance from local law enforcement officials to locate Harun Masiku. One of them is the National Police International Relations Division.
The National Police's International Relations Division informed Harun Masiku's whereabouts in Indonesia. According to Ali,
the search for Harun Masiku is now continuing after receiving information from the National Police.
"Of course, in the future we will focus on the search within the country if it is true that the person concerned has then crossed into the country," he said.
