Pemerintah Beri Bantuan Rp 19,9 M untuk Rumah Ibadah Umat Hindu

SinPo.id -  Direktorat Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Hindu (Ditjen Bimas Hindu) Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) menyalurkan bantuan Rp 19,9 miliar untuk rumah ibadah umat Hindu pada 2023. Bantuan ini diperuntukkan bagi 415 rumah ibadah umat Hindu pada 33 provinsi di Indonesia. 

“Tahun ini bantuan untuk rumah ibadah umat Hindu kita distribusikan ke dalam 10 kategori program, tujuannya sebagai optimalisasi dan agar bantuan ini benar-benar tepat sasaran,” kata Prof. I Nengah Duija, Dirjen Bimas Hindu pada Selasa 4 Juli 2023. 

415 paket bantuan tersebut terbagi menjadi dua penyaluran. Sebanyak 147 bantuan disalurkan melalui anggaran Kemenag Pusat dan 268 bantuan melalui anggaran Kemenag Daerah. 

Dia menjelaskan program bantuan rumah ibadah telah menjadi agenda rutin Kementerian Agama, namun terus diupayakan untuk dioptimalisasi.
Menurutnya, program bantuan rumah ibadah umat Hindu merupakan wujud kehadiran pemerintah dalam upaya mewujudkan inklusifitas dalam beragama.

“Bahwa pemerintah melalui Kementerian Agama berupaya hadir secara inklusif untuk semua golongan umat beragama termasuk umat Hindu, agar terwujud kehidupan beragama yang modera,” kata dia.

Salah satu bentuk inklusifitas bantuan rumah ibadah umat Hindu, Prof Duija mengungkapkan dalam penyalurannya menyasar semua bentuk rumah ibadah yang dapat diakses oleh umat.

“Semua bentuk rumah ibadah umat Hindu boleh mengakses bantuan ini, baik berbentuk Pura, Balai Basarah, Sanggar Pemujan, dan bentuk-bentuk lainnya selama bukan milik perorangan, kelompok, atau golonga,” tambahnya.

Adapun 10 kategori program bantuan rumah ibadah umat Hindu, yaitu:

1.Bantuan Pembangunan / Rehabilitasi Rumah Ibadah,
2.Bantuan Sarana Rumah Duka/Krematorium,
3.Bantuan Pembangunan Rumah Duka/Krematorium,
4.Bantuan Pengembangan Tata Kelola Rumah Ibadah,
5.Bantuan Operasional Pemanfaatan Candi Prambanan,
6.Bantuan Pembangunan/Rehab Rumah Ibadah Ramah Anak,
7.Bantuan Sarpras Rumah Ibadah,
8.Bantuan Sarpras Rumah Ibadah Siaga Bencana,
9.Bantuan Sarpras Perpustakaan Rumah Ibadah, dan
10.Bantuan Pembangunan/Rehab Rumah Ibadah Ramah Disabilitas.

The Directorate General of Hindu Community Guidance (Ditjen Bimas Hindu) of the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) will distribute assistance of IDR 19.9 billion for houses of worship for Hindus in 2023. This assistance is intended for 415 houses of worship for Hindus in 33 provinces in Indonesia.

 

"This year we will distribute assistance to Hindu places of worship into 10 program categories, the goal is optimization and so that this assistance is truly on target," said Prof. I Nengah Duija, Director General of Hindu Community Guidance on Tuesday 4 July 2023.

 

The 415 aid packages were divided into two distributions. A total of 147 assistance was channeled through the Central Ministry of Religion budget and 268 assistance through the Regional Ministry of Religion budget.

 

He explained that the house of worship assistance program has become a routine agenda for the Ministry of Religion, but efforts are being made to optimize it.

According to him, the assistance program for houses of worship for Hindus is a form of the government's presence in an effort to realize inclusivity in religion.

 

"That the government through the Ministry of Religion seeks to be present in an inclusive manner for all religious groups including Hindus, in order to create a moderate religious life," he said.

 

One of the inclusive forms of assistance for houses of worship for Hindus, Prof. Duija revealed that the distribution targets all forms of houses of worship that can be accessed by the people.

 

"All forms of houses of worship for Hindus may access this assistance, whether in the form of temples, basarah halls, worship centers, and other forms as long as they do not belong to individuals, groups or groups," he added.

 

The 10 categories of assistance programs for Hindu houses of worship, namely:

 

1. Assistance for Construction/Rehabilitation of Houses of Worship,

2. Funeral Home/Crematorium Facility Assistance,

3. Assistance for Construction of Funeral Homes/Crematoriums,

4. Assistance in the Development of Houses of Worship Governance,

5. Operational Assistance for the Utilization of Prambanan Temple,

6. Assistance for Development/Rehab of Child-Friendly Houses of Worship,

7. Assistance with Servants for Houses of Worship,

8. Assistance with Sarpras, Houses of Worship, Disaster Preparedness,

9. Assistance with Sarpras, Libraries, Houses of Worship, and

10. Assistance for the Construction/Rehab of Disability-Friendly Houses of Worship.
